The Team

Mark Watson
Dr. Mark Watson is an entrepreneur with a passion for helping others. Holding a doctorate with executive management focus and two masters' degrees, Dr. Watson also earned specialty certifications in areas of orthopedic physical therapy, aging-in-place, practice management, change management, and process improvement. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and serves in various Christian ministries.

Rena Watson
Rena Watson is a wealth of knowledge and experience from her former career as a top-level mergers and acquisition (M&A) executive and as a seasoned marketing and promotions specialist. Rena successfully led and managed sizable organizations in a variety of economic sectors. She has executed, directed, or coordinated billions of dollars in M&A transactions. Holding an MBA and BS in chemical engineering, Rena is also a nutritional biochemist and environmental chemical engineer.

Diane Stiffel
Diane Stiffel is a seasoned General Manager and Business Office Manager in the flooring industry, bringing over 30 years of accounting experience and more than 20 years of industry-specific expertise. She is known for her strong financial oversight, operational leadership, and ability to streamline business processes while supporting sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Diane has successfully managed accounting operations, business administration, and day-to-day management for flooring organizations, combining deep financial knowledge with hands-on industry insight. Her experience allows her to bridge the gap between financial strategy and operational execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across all aspects of the business.
Diane’s long-standing commitment to excellence, reliability, and professionalism has made her a trusted leader and valued partner within the flooring field.

Denise Al-Chacar
Denise joined our team bringing a unique and diverse professional background. A graduate of North Greenville University with a degree in Marketing, her career has taken her from the halls of Washington D.C., where she interned for a South Carolina Congressman, to Calgary, Alberta, where she served as a missionary. Before joining us, Denise worked within the criminal justice system, managing complex coordination for individuals in the bond and house arrest programs.

With a career history spanning public service, mission work, and legal support, Denise brings a versatile skill set and a dedicated approach to her work. She excels at navigating high-stakes environments and is committed to providing the organization and support necessary for our team to thrive.

Outside of the office, Denise is an outdoor enthusiast who loves staying active. Whether she is on the golf course, hiking a trail, or stand-up paddleboarding, she enjoys making the most of her time outdoors. She is also a fan of pickleball and loves spending time with her husband, their dog Dora, and their family and friends.

Jack Daley
Jack Daley joined the Watson Companies team as HR Manager in October 2025. With a career dedicated to organizational support and employee relations, Jack brings over two years of specialized experience as an HR Coordinator from Spine and Scoliosis Specialists, along with leadership experience as a Patient Services Coordinator Lead with Novant Health.

Jack is passionate about people and culture. He is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment and looks forward to collaborating with the team to ensure Watson Companies remains an exceptional place to work.

Originally from the small town of Christiansburg in Southwest Virginia, Jack now calls Greensboro home. Outside of the office, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys staying active through pickleball, disc golf, and hiking. When he isn't at the gym or traveling, Jack loves watching football, attending concerts, and spending quality time with his wife, their dog, and his friends and family.

Kristina Bell Isle
Kristina Bell Isle has been an integral part of our team since December 2024. Kristina excels in fast-paced environments where organization and a helpful attitude are key. Her transition into a full-time administrative role has allowed her to apply her high-energy approach to supporting the daily operations of Watson Companies.

Kristina is dedicated to expanding her administrative expertise and thrives on taking on new challenges. She prides herself on being the "go-to" resource for the team, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed and keep projects moving forward smoothly.

A native of Rose Hill, North Carolina, Kristina finds plenty of ways to stay creative and involved outside of work. She is an avid photographer, reader, and baker, and she enjoys spending her time crocheting or serving at her church. A fun fact about Kristina: she is part of the 10% of the population that is left-handed!
